Enwrap O mother,
In thy blanket of Eternity,

Every morning I rise up,
I see people suffering from all kinds of diseases,
and rapes, all kind of evil,

and on other side I see people being happy with little little things,
and in that happiness they forget their fellow brothers.

In examinations, one is successful,
only by tramping over maximum number of people,
what kind of joy is this?

And still everyone is hypnotized to live in this chaos insensitively,
and if this chaos is gone, people find life plain, and run after some other chaos,

why all this noise?Can there be limitlessness in this limited world of contrasts?
Never can there be, by its very essence

Every one cherishes crookedness, evil in hidden corner with goodness and kindness on surface.
When time comes those senses, people move with winds of world, as life takes, in pleasure and pain,
What kind of joy is it, which is mother of pain?

People value Jwellery,pinky smile, porn, food, humans, science,facebook, crying,laughing,discipline,craziness all what makes them glow,
but what kind of world, what kind of value system is it which sheds no laughter on victory of a tree in propounding its creativity, its sheer florishing, over loss of a river in reaching sea? What eccentric self obsessed world is it?



How can you expect o mother,
in this chaos,this restless,contrasting world,
to work with stillness,without stress,
with joy without losing sight of pain of others?

Definately world is only to give up in heart,
To give up sooner or later,
To embrace thy all enwrapping universal formless love,
It is only when good and bad have made you play for long,
made you realize in heart of heart, that such pursuit(good/bad) is not worth it,
That we will move onto footsteps of eternity,
And wake up yourself, and thy brothers,
that there is only one solution to this endless chaos of world,
solution lies in source of creation, from where all came,
Thats the only task we need to take up,
to reduce the pain and misery,
to bring forth boundless joy of loving infinite, which is absurt in world of finites,
where out heart only longs only for the hidden lover,
from where this heart, emotion,thought, mind itself came.

That is where is solution, o shyama, that is where,
O dear shyama, I and my fellowmates are in your trap,
Free us, for real looking dream,not leaving even a trace that it is dream,
into boundlessness,
wrap me o mother,
in thy blanket of eternity.

Role of a Teacher

A child is like a growing plant, which need not be hammered to produce identical result like the way we are doing, rather it must be gently kindled and nurtured to naturally lead to fruit.

Job of a teacher is not to be strict, maintain discipline, make them remember words, rather it is much more profound then mere survival, It lies in making child nurture by inspiration, creating provision to growth by means of practical opportunities, and allowing multifaceted growth.

If only we instruct them less and give them right kind of opportunities,inspired joyful and calm environment . . . they will grow by their own. Success of teacher doesn't lie in making a child the way he thinks it should be, but it lies in making a child a master of his own dream.

Stop giving 1st 2nd 3rd Prices alone, go to the next level, think how practically I can I make it a fulfilling reality for him. Eg If someone is good at animation, make a contact with some good animator asking for guiding that child. Have a broad and practical vision for a child rather than bookish crap.

Though one has to agree and understand that the role of the teacher is also to channelize ideas in a right direction. For example, some person is extremely creative in approach, he can become just good piece of self-obsessed social furniture(becoming good talking material), or he can have an extremely fulfilling fruitation.

A teacher must take care that his force doesn't fall in traps of sensory distraction, in sense tell him that his/her efforts are not worth it. Flowers and leaves look good on top only. And in a sense, there is no use changing the existing circumstances of right ways which exist in society, rather important thing is to use those legitimate ways to express yourself. People in world have created such beautiful expressions of life, whats need with constantly conflict with what are right kinds of situations, joyful situations people have created? We are to remove misery, not to tingle with joyful technologies of situation. Like an Indian family in its innate way is a very calm and serine and fantastic situation we created to prosper joy and reasonably good living. There is no use in beating the bush, saying it is wrong, be modern. Some people have idiosyncrasy of thinking they are only right, such though is very sick. World never runs their way.World never is a place to become our proprietary(and rather it is meaningless and senseless thing to do so), rather we have to find a room to grow in this world expressing our best in a meaningful and acceptable way. In a way you and genuine people,nice people and parents feel proud for what you have done out of limited rooms of life externally.

EXTERNAL CAN NEVER BE LIMITLESS, IT IS INTERNAL COMPASSION AND UNCONDITIONAL LOVE THAT CAN BE LIMITLESS. Some External situation may create some worthwhile internal situations which lead to higher dimension of existence and that is the most important task of teacher.(To prosper the highest ideals of spirituality, of inner growth(subtle, nothing to do with over emotionality))

 Maybe in some social dimension,  moralities may be different, but which ever exist for you, you must not beat the bush around, rather simply try to grow with necessary scope which is provided to you. So in that sense, a teacher must know the art of directing the child in a direction where he can express in fruitation in existing circumstances. 

And still if this is a description of a teacher, it is incomplete description without saying, that moreover, it a great privilege of a teacher to be an apparent parent of so many children, but though with due respect, a teacher must in all ways be devoted towards work, trying to bring best out of it, handling untoward circumstances by power of love for creator in each child and herself, and striking a strong connection with each child by showing undemanding compete attention with love in heart internally, though externally less expressed emotionally but expressed by the amount of care and attention. Testing times come when things don't happen our ways, but at that time if your intention is right, those untoward moments will not be able to shake the quality of your heart. That must be the strength a teacher must display.  

Such vastness and broadness naturally come to those who are sincere and devoted to what they to express themselves to best with existing scenario, having compassion for universe, for being able to spree another brush of fragrance, in the infinitude canvass of time and space.

(Don't go by grammar or words, go by the feel which is conveyed by arrangement of words)

Direction

The most tough time in every one's life is to make decision. Decision in indeed toughest part. Some decisions are easy though tempting like those of momentary gushes, where you know that giving on to temptation is always a wrong choice. But there are some choices which require time and attention.

Why do we fail to come to a consensus?

The reason why consensus is so difficult is that we have heard too many people, having so many ideas. And after a certain period every inspiration you had attached to your dream starts dulling. Best example is of an MIT Graduate who had pursued his dream job but now is at his height of frustration. 

We spend 90% time fantasizing about what we aren't rather than spending 90% becoming someone special.  I have seen three types of mentalities in life :

1st type

My room partner : He just keeps complaining about anything and everything in life. He says, O God I wish I had money, I had this, I had that. Such types of mentalities are Beggar mindset. They just live life worried about everything.

(Don't keep changing your pursuits. Life is limited, master only in one worthwhile way, worthy enough to become an inspirational story )

2nd Type : 

One Junior I met. He started his own company. Worked on Ideas and nurtured it. Such people concern less about what people say. These are the type of people who are self inspired  bringing real change. Such people are King Mindset

3rd Type people

Visionaries, who have some vision behind their work. They don't work just astray. They have some objective. They never force someone, but their dynamic personality speaks through them, inspiring people to grow. 

But problem with all three is common, they become stuck and lost in busy work, goofing up things in life. The reason being lack of perception and dedication. Be like a lotus to blosom in river but never touched by water on it. That is the reason Albert Einstien in his later age turned into spiritual seeker.  Because he realized that logical explaination are insufficient instruments of expression of definite truths of world.

Let us make a resolution today . . . 

Let us make a resolution today that we will find fullest expression to our worthwhile dreams. If art is your dream, don't give it up. Despite knowing its limitation, make one thing so special that you become a living inspiration, and along with it, let us keep constant search alive for the most profound mysteries of life.

Be of the world but not of it.

I am extremely good at solving questions which are intellectually stimulated, and can adore creativity around myself, yet I know their limitations and the fundamental fact that the final fulfillment of all desires of my life is in knowing and experiencing the truth out of which all came, it is most fundamental doubt which I am addressing through opening myself up to feeling it,  concentration on it and growing depth of perception.

At the same time I continue to be intellectual and creative, in order to inspire people to grow, even though I know that it is of no use to me(except keeping me busy),yet because I am good at it, and mastered it,  it is just to help people break the boundaries of limited perception.

The beauty of Spiritual work is that it never tries to force anyone, yet strifes to keep no-one bereft.

(No one is more or less special than you. All are equally special, rather everything is equally special. )

So I feel that all must master in some good thing(be it art, commerce or anything) to serve a higher purpose, and yet, constantly strife to answer the most fundamental question.

Because blind cannot lead a blind.

Problem with us is that we think science is everything. It is nothing but giving logical explaination fitting phenomena. Like Gravitation existed even before it was discovered. It is just that Newton's model best discribed it. Yet scientist admit that science is insufficient rather impossible means of knowing the source of gravitation  force. Simple thing as life is so shaky. We can delay death but we cannot deny its possibility!

Therefore any amount of philosophies and work is useless if your own perception is not expanded enough, not leading to highest of all pursuit, Spiritual pursuit. Life is celebration, if you know you are on right track, everything falls back on place, the moment you start pursuing right track again.

One great realized saint once said : 

You waste precious time each day. Every little moment you spent with God* will be spent to your best advantage; and whatever you achieve with the desire to please God*  in your heart will stand unto eternity.

*Note : God here is much more than humanly figure, it is representation of ultimate fundamental ever existing Universal being.  Everything comes out of something, be it thoughts, emotions, life etc, so the one from whence all had come is refered to as God.
Religions can conflict in world, but spiritual truths can never by its very nature.
In different countries of world people in their own celibrated way worship devoted the universal essesnce of existance as universal mother or father.(Just like our body comes from mother, our true parents or source of creation are refereed to as god) 

Footprints of Life

Life! The more we define it, the more undefined it seems. My inspiration for writing this blog is just sharing my experiments on life which works for me. This is quite important because I see so many dull faces around me, which I cannot uphold. Though I assume that you will relate what I say, to your experience, experiment them, use your common sense and then accept or reject my words. So my blog is like a poetic experience which will make you flow through certain thoughts which I felt made me feel so much energetic and left me completely satisfying. So let me begin,

8:00 AM in the morning, Life says : Good morning dear!
but just after a few moments you remember,

OMG, I had to go to lecture!,
or important meeting, and you just freak out!,
you are running like anything throughout the day,
and what for?
For a next terrible nightmare
When I view people like this I just feel like saying, stop!
wait for a second,
rewind back your memories,
10 years ago, when you dreamed something,

was it this?
Life has become like a terrible endless race


I asked my colleague during my tenure at corporate,
How is life going? His reply was
Everything is going except life.

I consider this a right time to tell you an inspiring story of DeCarte. A mathematician who invented Cartesian Geometry. Do you know How did he invent all this? He never liked school and so used to sleep with blankets on. and in the darkness of blanket, was this Cartesian geometry born!
Take bill gates or any great person,

Those who have cared too much of others have never become special.
From childhood you have been told lots of things with great confidence, as if they are true, in school you were told, what a luxurious life an engineer has, you became someone else's dream and the bubble broke, when you realized that life hasn't changed much. You are still worried, you are still unsatisfied, you are still broken. Nothing has changed. I asked same people who had motivated me for becoming engineer and they told, that is how life is, it always gives hiccups. I learned one thing from this experience of life :

Greater fools are not me, but those who told me idiotic philosophies, because if it didn't work for them why did they tell me? Why did they all lied to me?

Now let me tell you the truth,
If you only lived each moment of life like a theatric performance, you would have never been annoyed. 

If only the performance with involvement mattered more than success or failure in it, or what audience comments, you would have never been annoyed.
 

Have you watched Friends?  Do you know Pheoby Buffey in it? Just youtube her convocation.
To summerize her speech,
She told that when she thought of becoming an actress, she herself was freaked out. She got into very good TV serial(Fraisure) , she thoroughly prepared for 2 weeks and then she was fired, she got into other serial, her part was small but due to others non performance, she again lost her chance and finally got into Friends. The Friends!
She tells that amongst so many ups and downs of life she learned few things
-Learn to be insensitive to comments of people, which will in turn make you sensitive to Life

-Learn to give away your best in terms of involvment, small small details irrespective of pressure time,people and conditions around you put to you. Even if equations of life don't work for you, some day they will be appreciated for sure 100%. Don't trust me? At least know that  you will feel a very satisfied for doing your part completely.


Right now what is happening? My rommie is going for 12 hrs of study, I have to get up, get worried, study more. Or all people are working 12 hrs in my office, I must get worried, do work, or I will be no where in race of life. This is preconception what society has put in your heads. But is it true.

When you were a child, and when your teacher told, Draw a painting.

If you were to drew it getting completely involved, drawing borders, drawing even small small veinations of trees, the shades of the clouds, the roughness of the floor, birds in sky, its eyes, and all small small details, it would come out to be absolute fantastic masterpiece of yours.


But if she told, you have to draw 100 pictures in 12 hours, how would you draw? Pathatic!

That is what is happening, and then you are competing, He drew 20 pictures, Let me also draw 10 pictures. Than what is the point of drawing if you are not actually enjoying the journey, even your performance is worse than the worst?

Life is the same, nothing different. So go get some breath and think about it



Seclusion is not a bad word

In office or in school, which are the most cherished moments in life? When you are sitting under a tree, just watching rain drizzling on people. When you are in a theatre watching the ending scene. Or even thinking or feeling some intense emotion or though. How were you?
Were you surrounded by too many people talking too many things to you about survival skills? No! 

Seculsion brings clarity and deeper perception in life and is the sole catalyst of growth.

! But don't compare seclusion with loneliness, Loneliness in negetive state of self denial, while seculsion is adoring the beauty of the moment.

If you are speaking to too many people and listening to too many suggestions, you are bound to get affected. It is important to protect the serine moments in you, and keep it allof from the thunders of ruthless mentalities. Some things just don't pay of. 

But if you have some really good friends,(not chatterboxes) but who genuinly feel you, when you talk to them, be with them completely.
You are solving a problem, your focus is on problem and you are talking to your good friend. How will it feel? 

You are not doing anything with complete attention. It feels bad from friends perspective and eventually you are disrespecting both work and friendship.

Even talking is not important in friendship, but it is the unspoken feeling and that connection which plays a role in friendship. Sometimes I never uttered a work with my friend Varun and yet we conveyed ourselves completely to each other. Strange but true. Do you have to play tricks of flattery words on your mother, like you play on girlfriend? No! because that love is by default on a high level.

Still the highest love can always be found when you do everything in life with devotion, with great attention. Then and then only you,your entire life will then fall in love with everything  with deep adoration of the magnanimity of events around you.


Take care of your association

If suppose, you are in middle of extremely worried and wrecked people, one day you will neglect them, second day you will neglect them, third day you will catch the disease. It takes great power and determination to rise above power of association. So take great care of which type of people you are with, because that will decide what type of person you are. Suppose you arn't able to change external association, atleast don't allow them to penitrate withing you, by least interraction.

My recent Experience of Learning Bengali

It pays off to be creative and exuberant in some or other way. Too much narrow shrinking of success makes us experience life to a lesser intensity. Learning new thing is always an awesome experience. By this I discovered that no matter what happens, Life has always something new to offer.
 If you limit life, by compulsive behavior, it will take its toll.Life by its very nature is expansive. Not in terms of going 10 countries in life time, but in terms of equal openness to things around you. Things around you mean a larger definition including subtle things like observing ups and downs of emotions, etc.

Life is great teacher, if you are willing and receptive to learn quickly


I also observed one important thing, at first all the letters seemed strange, but soon I associated each letter with sound. So as soon as I speak अ  a symbol named অ comes to my mind. How strange is life. Slowly this belief becomes rigid. And then I start understanding অ as अ . After 10 years no one can say,  अ  means এ . We have symbolized things in world, doesn't mean they are actually that. But at first, I always had fresh mind. Mind is indeed powerful. Mind can associate and it can only dissociate. But Power of mind fails to understand itself, for tongue needs brain(superior) to understand it. So mind needs something beyond its reach to understand itself. Children always observe best, and are most happy! because they are not steriotyped. For them, things are always fresh. Hard task is for us, to learn things yet, be open to different interpretations in life. 


Today, I was able to relate things so well while learning Bengali, only because I was open to learn, and I was paying 100 percent attention, with same excitement while watching a movie.
I didn’t care about what will happen if I won’t learn, it didn’t matter, what I cared was that I enjoyed the journey of learning like a movie experience.
Thats how life should be, who cares what competition is, I will do with my complete attention.
Devotion is that only
WORD OF CAUTION
If only I were to give a word of caution, I would give it against lust and greed. Why so? Because these things will make you silent to experiences outside.A greedy or a lustful man only experiences weird biased thoughts. I am not telling it is not necessary. It has its
 role. It has its role for continuation of progeny(lust) and sustenance(greed), but over stretching it will make you terribly ill. Ill in terms of coldness that It will bring. Watch the faces of such people, feel them irrespective of your own biased feeling, and you will realize how cold have they become. How cold. For no reasons are they suffering. I am not wishing to dictate you, life has given everyone free choice,
but to quickly learn and move on. Some dreams are not worth your efforts. It is one of them. USA is most comfortable country yet terribly ill in terms of experiencing vibrancy, just because it stretched body to everything. Gravitation is force which works, whether you know it or not. Similarly there are some things which
 work irrespective of your knowledge of it. Don’t take it like fanaticism, take it like something which brings you to low peaks in this movie, recover quickly and bounce back fast, for life is limited,
you don’t have time to do all kinds of mistakes to learn. Learn it by becoming more receptive, and then you will not have to go through torturous experiences.
 - Be jovial

I judge a person based on how much he is enjoying little moments of life, Is there a genuine smile or enthusiasm on face? Is he/she feeling truly satisfied or enjoying, especially when no one is around him/her ? 
I have always found right answers most of the times.

Lastly I have always discovered,

knowledge or world is like endless forest, the more you get in, the more you are lost!

Only thing that has sustained me in remaining happy most of the times is deep Meditation! It is only thing that has always worked. Life suddenly seems so fresh and I am just like a fresh page. So just try it.

If only you close your eyes and ears by your hand! How freedom it is to just be what you truely are. You are what you are. Movies come and go, but you will go on forever like Titanic.

Search for Love

Sweetest thing in world,
is not sugar,not success,
it is the flow of love,
from one pure heart,
to another,
like a unending tale of,
adoration and respect,

when a mother,
cares for her son,
the tears which roll,
from her eyes,
when she watches her,
son sleep is glimpse of it,

when a wife,
leaves away her world,
opening her heart for new world,
just carrying unconditional
love of her family deep,
to her eyes and looking,
a new family with same gaze,
I see love

But it gets lost,
it gets lost,
when you start demanding,
when it is juxaposed with
ordinary pleasure of world,
when the song of unending river of love,
gets tingled with dam of possession,
it stops!

Never hold it O dear,
for your hands can never hold,
an ocean, your little river
can become ocean,
only when you merge with it,

love turns ugly,
when you think I the great lover,
can possess so many forms,
because  beauty of love,
lies only in its surrender,
only in its surrender,
like a passing stranger,
just sprinkling so much love,
without a single ask of favor,

True love is rarely understood by people,(not even me, just thought)
for they are busy seeking settlement and fulfilling need,
stung in cobwebs of their own creation,
for true love has no quality,
just to leave everything,
every pleasurable thing you loved most (without hurting yourself much),
as a gift for that love,
not demanding a single favor,
not even showcasing the beloved,
how much you love ,
just loving,
deeply,
with eyes lifted,
world vanished,
breath stopest slow,
this little river loosing itself,
mearged in invisible ocean.

Limitation of Intellectual Process

Intelligence, is a way our mind perceives world. Intelligence is one way to think that there is god, but it is still a partial way. How intelligence percieves ideas,thoughts and any object is by quantifying them, labeling them, knowingly or unknowingly.

When I am talking about Object, it can be anything and everything that we can percieve be it thought, emotion or anything. I am not a fanatic trying to ignore intelligence, but my whole intention of writing this blog is to make people aware of what is intelligence and how it used, what are its limitations.

Intelligence is not just used for technology as people wrongly perceive, it is also used in entertainment sector, it is used in business sector, it is used in creative sector and list is very long. 

A definition of intelligence can be as follow :

"Any manipulation of object, based on its qualities, and conditioning effect on circumstances"

 Intelligence is very much necessary for survival. But still it has its own limitation.

Even emotions are manipulated intelligently by consumer based products. So to say intelligence is opposite to emotion is very much incorrect. Entertainment sector have mastered in manipulating emotions of viewers and poor us viewers, show no discretion. 

The highest and greatest use of intelligence is in technology. Technology has done great wonders. But to say only technology is true is merely incorrect.

But there are some things which are beyond the limiting qualities of an object that we fail to understand. Technology must progress, but if the growth is not juxtaposed with inner growth, may lead to dangerous situations. I have been victim of the considering intelligence as ultimate, though ultimate is not intelligence, but beyond it. Its taste, of what is beyond intelligence, reasoning,emotions, etc can be felt in meditation. Intelligence can grasp all, but unconditional love, bliss of being with one behind all, never!!!, through all manipulations of emotions or reason, intelligence will not grasp subjects out of its reach. All human love can be manipulated by intelligence, there is no wonder, dramatists know all techniques. But never can the divine love be. It is like a mother who loves all alike, such love which doesn't get any larger or any smaller by qualities.

I think of mother not like a human form which can be manipulated, but like an unconditional existance beyond the reach of manipulation,intelligence be it emotional intelligence or reasoning intelligence or any other way.

Though form of mother is in some way symbolic of that from which all came. And such spiritual quality( of respect beyond quality) of motherhood symbolic of universality must be respected. That is what is difference between east and west, motherly love(less externally expressed, but internally expressed deeply) is upheld higher than manipulative love out of attraction to certain qualities(conjugal love), while is opposite in west. Though east is indisciminantly mimicing the west, and results are clear. I am not again spirit of science but spirit of unconditional joy,existance must be upheld higher than spirit of conditional manipulative intelligence, then and then only balance will return in life.

I just want you to think deeply, deeply and try to understand what I am trying to say and you will definitely understand.
